McPHERSON, GOODRICH, PAOLUCCI & MIHELICH PC (MGPM, PC) is a full service Certified Public Accounting Firm in Pueblo, Colorado. The year 2021 marks the 73rd year of service to the public by McPherson, Goodrich, Paolucci & Mihelich PC and its predecessor accounting firms. It was in 1948 that William G. McDonald Jr. moved to Pueblo to open a public accounting office. Since that time, we have participated in several mergers and acquisitions that brought us to our present day practice. Our location in Southern Colorado has never been a limiting factor in our practice. Audit and tax clients have included individuals and entities in almost every state.

Our mission is one of "Service Beyond the Expected". Our primary goal is to help our clients enhance their effectiveness and increase their profitability (bottom line) through the exercise of quality, timely, problem solving services. 

Our firm provides a full array of professional services to a wide range of clients including governmental entities, not-for-profit organizations, financial institutions, construction contractors and other commercial entities. A large portion of our practice also involves income tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses, including corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.
